Welcome to Foodie Squirrels thoughts and ramblings?
Yes! That will work.
This is scary. Writing a blog for all to see (well, maybe not all. Maybe just a few people) on all the Interwebs??? I am not a writer, and I don’t claim to be good with grammar. I write how I talk, with enthusiasm, sometimes funny and all the time scattered. I am an overthinker which is why it has taken me two years to get to this point of launching Foodie Squirrel. I am overthinking writing this blog post as I type.
By the way, I adore my two pugs and love the San Jose Sharks. Meet Shiro and Mochi.
I can’t go more than a few minutes without thinking about food, planning my next meal for the day or for trips I have planned. I am actually eating while I am typing this post.
So as I start adding reviews and writing to cyber-space please be patient. I am having fun, and I can’t wait to share all of my thoughts about not only food but other fun little tidbits about life as a squirrel.
Oh, incidentally, I just ate the most delicious Fuji apple! I would have posted a photo, but I forgot so you are going to have to visualize it.
I am making pizza tonight. You will DEFINITELY want to check back for the pictures and recipe. I make it in a large iron skillet, starting it on the stovetop and finishing it in a 500+ degree oven. I’m hungry.
